Jagr's heading back to Pittsburgh?

by "cmss" <cmss@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 25, 2008 at 09:02 AM

During the playoff Jagr has a comment for Sid that bordered cruel. It was
said that when Malkin was pounding the Rangers Jagr turned to Sid and
said,
"Now you know what if feels like to play behind Mario".

This comment was not confirmed but I have it on very good authority that
it
was said and this in part is why Jagr never fit in here in Pittsburgh.
With
the spotlight, rightfully so on Mario, Jagr did his thing with less
notice.
When Mario left the burden and spotlight switched to Jagr who was so
bitter
that no one noticed him, childish as it may seem, only a few in the media
had any love for him. He was always considered the, "Yeah that Jagr guy
is
pretty good to but did you see Mario tonight sitting in the owners box."

It is said that time heals all wounds, and I don't know if Jagr will come
back to Pittsburgh to help us win the Cup just 1 more time. I hope he
does,
if I were him I would be smiling like a butchers dog to be playing with
either Crosby or Malkin. He really showed us during the playoff how tuff
an
uninjured Jagr can play. Going to Pittsburgh may be the only chance Jagr
may have to drink from the cup one last time.

Waiting for your comments...
