The rumor is that Melrose will replace Tortorella.
Here's a guy that's an excellent coach and won a Cup in the orange
belt, no less, but he's going to get thrown over the side, perhaps,
notwithstanding that the franchise has done little to nothing to
replace retiring, defecting or traded players that constituted the
winning team they had.
Talk about making a really stupid move, replacing a serious coach with
Mr. Showboat; this is it.
Maybe, Torts would be somebody the Sharks should consider seriously,
if Tampa goes totally stupid.
