i looked at the website nhlnumbers.com and they are over the cap. 61.083
mill, 4.383 over the cap space. i see that they have players that have 2
way
contracts like kapanen, 1.25. giroux, 850, parent, 850, and ramholt, 600
which adds up to 3.55 mill which doesn't put them under the cap, and they
still have UFR jason smith, who i believe was their captain.
